There will be no refunds unless pageant is cancelled, no exceptions. 100% of proceeds
from this event will sponsor the Ray City Church of God’s mission trip to Ambato, Ecuador in 2008-2009.
**Beauty ($50) - judged 1-10 on personality, poise, beauty and overall appearance.
Winners will receive rhinestone crown, custom satin sash and award. 2 Runner-ups will receive an award.
There will be no side events, beauty only.
**Care Princess (Optional Competition) - Each age division will receive one award
to the contestant in that division who obtains the most $1 donations in addition to her entry fee. Donations may be collected
before the pageant and during the competition. There are no minimums or maximums to the amount a contestant can raise.
All participants not placing will receive an award. No one goes home empty handed!
In addition to the $50 entry fee, each contestant is asked to donate at least 1
small toy (happy meal size). These toys are used in the gift bags given to thousands of children each year during a Christian
Crusade. Last year, some of the bags were taken hours into the Amazon to some of the jungle tribes. Such a small effort can
make a huge impact!
Attire will not be scored during beauty.
Recommended attire for girls:
1-9 years: short or long pageant dress
10 years and up: long pageant dresses or gowns
All entries must be received by October 1, 2008 No entry fees or tickets will be
accepted the day of the pageant.

Walk is a basic “T” pattern. There will be no rehearsal.
Door admission will be $5.00 for everyone over 5. Children 5 and under get in free.
1 parent or guardian is admitted free with each contestant.

I will not hold the Miss/Mister Global Care Pageant; it's committee, the facility where the
pageant is held or the Ray City Church of God responsible for any accidents, damages or loss incurred at the pageant or during
transportation to and from the pageant. Qualified and/or certified judges from out of this area will be used and I understand
that judges' decisions are final. I give permission for my/my daughter's pictures to be used for promotional purposes.
